Magic Quadrant or Wave? Try the DXP Scorecard

Gartner and Forrester reports are too shallow and too slow. We built the DXP Scorecard for near real-time, expert-driven platform ratings.

It’s March, and we’re still waiting on the Gartner Magic Quadrant for DXP. For years, this report has been the authority on CMS and DXP ratings, and we’ve used it to help guide clients toward long-term platform investments. But the last few years have exposed real problems.

The Reports Aren’t Enough

First, the depth isn’t there. These reports help narrow the field, but they’re not comprehensive enough to drive real decisions. Second, they publish once a year. In an era where platforms rise and fall in months, that cadence is unacceptable. Every major DXP is SaaS now, shipping features daily. By the time these reports compile, they’re already outdated.

So We Built Our Own

We gathered our architects, engineers, and strategists. We pulled from years of hands-on implementation across every major platform. The internal scorecard we’ve kept for years? We’re making it public.

The HT Blue DXP Scorecard operates in near real-time. We continuously review and adjust scores based on platform updates, fixes, and community input. AI agents help us compile the most valuable data while human experts handle final scoring and validation. See for yourself at dxpscorecard.com.
